AZ Turf Suppliers warrants that the artificial turf purchased will be free from defects for 15 years from the date of initial purchase, assuming proper care of the turf is maintained throughout the lifetime of the turf.
The warranty covers the repair or replacement of the turf if it fails to meet manufacturer specifications within 15 years, subject to inspection, excluding installation costs. This warranty guarantees the issue of turf to replace any damaged product, but the removal of the affected turf and installation of the new turf will be the responsibility of the original purchaser.
It is recognized that slight alterations to color over the lifetime of the turf is normal and recognizable as expected wear and tear and is not available as a basis of a claim. AZ Turf Suppliers reserves the right to inspect the turf prior to making any repairs or replacements.

Limitation of Coverage
The warranty does not cover:
- Burning, cutting, accidents, vandalism, abuse or neglect of maintenance
- Damage caused by sunlight, reflections from glass, fences or other reflecting surfaces. Damage caused by motor vehicles, animals, high friction sports equipment or excessive use of the site
- Improper cleaning methods including using cleaning agents, herbicides or pesticides that are corrosive to touch the lawn
- Damage caused by invasive vegetation, including nut grass, nut sage, roots and other similar growths
- Damage that occurs during shipping or transportation. Shipping claims must be taken up directly with the shipping company
- Failure to maintain infill products at the correct level
- Normal wear and tear — this is not a manufacturing defect and will not be covered by the warranty
- All other force majeure situations
Assignment
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product. AZ Turf Suppliers is not responsible for any damages or expenses resulting from the removal, transportation, or reinstallation of the turf.
AZ Turf Suppliers is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the turf. This certificate constitutes the entire agreement between the customer and the company and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, and agreements. This certificate may not be modified except in writing signed by both parties.
Damage that takes place during installation — such as pile crushing, improper underlay, or damage from equipment when not installed by a professional — is not warranted.
How to File a Claim
To make a claim, the customer must notify AZ Turf Suppliers in writing and include proof of installation, company name of installation, and product volume. Claims should be delivered to:
